After $1,500,000 in renovations (which included converting old storage space in the rear of the center into leasable retail space), the property was sold to a second investment group ALSO controlled by one of JRE Private Equity Group’s principals, Donnie Jarreau, for a strong profit at $6,000,000. After buying the property in 2012 with 90% occupancy, the current ownership group increased the NOI from $550,000 to over $800,000 through active property management and leasing.
