How It Works

Each property that we consider goes through a rigorous due diligence process by our underwriting team, reviewing dozen of properties just to find ONE asset that will advance to the “next level.” After a target acquisition has been identified and a price has been agreed upon, JRE puts together and sends out a comprehensive Offering Memorandum to all of its potential investors.
